Professional Code of Ethics
As a graduate and member of The Coaching Academy, I agree to follow the Professional Code of Ethics, a copy of which can be provided on request.
Charges
The coaching relationship consists of identifying a SMART GOAL (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely), a strategy of achieving the goal and actions towards achieving those goals.
All clients are different and have individual needs. You may require weekly coaching sessions, fortnightly or monthly. We can discuss your needs when we have our initial chat but basically, my fees are as follows:
Sessions cost £50 and last for 1 hr. Most clients choose to be coached via telephone though sessions can be face to face if desired. Face to face sessions can be held at my office or will be subject to travelling expenses dependant upon the distance, this can be discussed on our initial chat.
I generally find my clients begin to make real changes after a few sessions so offer packages of 4 or 6 sessions at a significant discount on the hourly rate.
A Bronze Package includes:
- Four one-hour telephone coaching sessions
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Unlimited text messaging support between sessions
- A free initial consultation
£180
A Silver Package includes:
- Six one-hour telephone coaching sessions
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Unlimited text messaging support between sessions
- A free initial consultation
£240
All fees are payable in advance and the telephone call is made by the client.
